- Du steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung
- Du prüfst Preise, Konditionen, Verfügbarkeiten und MHD-Anforderungen
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge über EDI, Web-EDI und weitere Bestellwege
- Du koordinierst die reibungslose Abwicklung mit Lager, Logistik, Disposition und Vertrieb
- Du stellst eine korrekte und termingerechte Lieferung inklusive Lieferpapieren und Avisierung sicher
- Du übernimmst die Rechnungsstellung sowie das Reklamations- und Retourenmanagement
- Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Fachbereichen und unterstützt die Optimierung unserer Prozesse

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung, im Großhandel oder LEH, idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-, EDI-/Web-EDI-Systemen und MS Office
- Gutes Verständnis für Kundenanforderungen, Konditionen, Bestände und MHD
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und verhandlungssicher
- Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Freude daran, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
