- Innovationsmotor & Strategie: Du übernimmst die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Sortiments und führst neue Produkte eigenverantwortlich von der Vision zur Marktreife.
- Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsleitung: Du arbeitest eng mit der GF zusammen, greifst bestehende Produktideen auf und entwickelst diese operativ wie strategisch eigenständig weiter.
- End-to-End Projektmanagement: Als interner Projektmanager steuerst du den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Neuprodukt alle Meilensteine unseres Entwicklungsprozesses erfolgreich durchläuft.
- Markt- und Trendanalyse: Du durchleuchtest Marktanalysen, liest Trends aus harten Daten und Fakten ab und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für unser Portfolio ab.
- Abteilungsübergreifende Koordination: Du bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktion, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung zu garantieren.

Dein Profil
- Langjährige Erfahrung: Du brennst seit mindestens 5 Jahren für das Produktmanagement in der Lebensmittelbranche (bevorzugt im Bio- oder Reformwarensektor).
- Identifikation & Leidenschaft: Du lebst und liebst die Themen Gesundheit, Ayurveda, Bio-Qualität und Natürlichkeit. Diese Philosophie ist für dich kein Job, sondern Lebenseinstellung.
- Fachlicher Hintergrund: Du hast ein Studium der Ökotrophologie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Ausbildung zum Heilpraktiker, Ernährungscoach) erfolgreich absolviert.
- Analytische Stärke: Du besitzt ein exzellentes Gespür für Trends, liebst aber gleichzeitig die Arbeit mit Zahlen, Daten und Fakten, um Entscheidungen messbar zu machen.
- Macher-Mentalität: Als "Allround-Talent" schätzt du sowohl die strategische Konzeption als auch das proaktive, operative Anpacken.
